Young The Giant, Cold War Kids & KennyHoopla will be at the KettleHouse Amphitheater on Wednesday, July 29th. This is an indie rock lineup with some groovy vibes that's hard to match. In fact, one look at the 2026 calendar here at the KettleHouse Amphitheater and you'll realize we're not getting a performance that even looks like this one in the entire year.
Young the Giant is coming into this road trip with a new album titled Victory Garden. Hence the name of the tour. The new music features the same chill beats and Sameer Gadhia's signature moves that are a staple of their live shows. Speaking of chill beats, KennyHoopla, who's got plenty of those, will be leading things off. He'll then hand the baton to the Cold War Kids, who are a bit heavier on the rock side. It's a pretty balanced three-course meal when you look at it. If you like what they're serving at the KettleHouse Amphitheater on Wednesday, July 29th, then be sure to click the "Buy Tickets" link soon.
These days, a lot of performances want to take the "experimental" route. If people ask them, they'll talk about some of the different influences that their music exhibits. Sure, there are some musicians out there who talk the talk and walk the walk. In most cases, though, we have examples of why certain genres don't mix too well together. Then comes Young the Giant. Some of these tracks almost feel like wine tasting. You can find some reggae beats, even some influences from Indian music, with the much-appreciated guitar presence. If you really take your time to "experience" the music, you're going to find all of these different elements. Wednesday, July 29th, happens to be your perfect chance to take in these tracks.
One thing that you probably don't ever want to do is come into a concert with a band that's promoting a new album without having listened to some of those tracks. Otherwise, you might be too eager for Young the Giant to play "Cough Syrup" and "Mind Over Matter" to the point where you're going to miss the vibe of the show. That's usually a strong suit with Young the Giant. All of this to say that you should add "Different Kind of Love" to your regular playlists. Do the same for the next songs on the Victory Garden album as they drop.
Right now, you can spot tickets in the pit right next to the stage for around $100. That's a great deal, all things considered. The pit's where the true rock concert experience is at, and for most shows, these spots go for well over $300 these days. Now, if you're still looking for a deal, the lawn at the KettleHouse Amphitheater might be just what the doctor ordered for you.
We've got some great deals today on Young the Giant tickets in Booner. As we move closer to the event date, those prices could climb. Make sure you grab your tickets soon before prices skyrocket.
