Bass player and singer-songwriter Les Claypool is a world renonwed performer best known for his work with alternative metal band Primus. The band rose to prominence in the 90s and made their breakthrough with their third album Pork Soda, released in 1993. The band also released the global hit, "Wynona's Big Brown Beaver" in 1995 and charted on the Mainstream Rock charts for the first time, peaking at number 23. Les Claypool later founded Colonel Les Claypool's Fearless Flying Frog Brigade in 2000. The band is cross between Frank Zappa and Pink Floyd. The group later recruited Sean Lennon on guitars. Claypool and Lennon would later form the duo act, The Claypool Lennon Delirium.
