Grammy Award-winning band Alison Krauss & Union Station has expertly merged their music with various genres, giving them a very unique and sublime sound. With their genre-blending tracks, they were able to stay on people’s playlists even after years of hiatus. In 2025, their tour was described by The Dallas Observer with a lot of positive remarks, stating how “Alison Krauss and Union Station provided an embarrassment of riches... (their) performance was simply a peerless collection of artists doing what they do best, conjuring an alchemy so transporting that time almost becomes irrelevant.” The band, as timeless as their signature hits, has decided to continue this alchemy to next year, with Arcadia Tour 2026!

Alison Krauss & Union Station is considered to be one of the best bluegrass and country bands in the world. Even if Krauss is the sole original founding member left in the band, the changes in the lineup seem to have only helped them create more memorable music for a wide audience. Their eighth and newest album, Arcadia, was released this year, and it follows the great success of their 2012 album Paper Airplane, which won both Grammy Awards for Best Bluegrass Album and Best Engineered album, non-Classical. Today, the band is formed by 27-time Grammy Award winner Alison Krauss on fiddle, piano, and lead vocals, 14-time Grammy Award winner Jerry Douglas on Dobro, lap steel, and vocals, Ron Block on banjo, guitar, and vocals, Barry Bales on bass and vocals, and Russell Moore on guitar, mandolin, and lead vocals. Next year, their touring lineup will also include multi-instrumentalist Jacob Burleson. The years may have passed, but there’s no Dimming of the Day for this beloved musical act.

Inspired by the 1950’s and 1960’s country songs, French-Canadian country singer Theo Lawrence will be everyone’s Dream Boy as he tours with Alison Krauss & Union Station as their official opening act next year. Like the band, Lawrence also loves to blend various music genres to create his own sound, often borrowing elements from pop, soul, and rock n’ roll.
